As a society, we are in the depths. Nothing is truer than that at the moment: authoritarian governments are on the rise, especially in Brazil. But how do we get out of the darkness? How do we see the light again? These were the questions I asked myself when São Paulo's Art Biennial appeared with the briefing for its 34th edition. In fact, the answers were easy to find. Only art can bring us back, after all.
